Quantum Mechanics is a field of study concerned with the behavior of matter and energy at the subatomic level. It describes and explains phenomena that are observed when particles, such as electrons and photons, interact with one another. Quantum Mechanics is based on the Wave Function and Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle, which allow us to predict how particles will behave and interact. This knowledge is applied in a variety of fields including quantum computing, spectroscopy, and nanotechnology.
